At Autumn Sonata, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home textiles and bath accessories. If a piece doesn't perfectly complement your space, we offer returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective sleeves are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our studio inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
